Talking about the EU’s negative impact on Portugal:
“There are a few things that I think have had a negative impact. Some measures have destroyed our fishery. In the dairy industry, they do not let us produce what we could and should. The euro was also not well prepared, I don’t know whose fault this was, the EU or Portugal. Meanwhile, we have gotten used to it and it works better.”
