“In my ideal European Union, the main principal would be understanding. We have shown how we can erase boarders between countries within the European Union, but I would say the next step is to actually, not erase them but, kind of soften them with states that don’t belong to the European Union. So that would be integrating the European Union into the world. And showing how this kind of project – that consisted of making all these countries united into one – is also possible in different parts of the world. And also, solidarity. As I said I’m really angry about the treatment that refugees received. So, I think the understanding in sharing these kinds of values with the rest of the world would actually make an impact on it.”
